Trance Continent was established in Qatar in 2004 and accomplished in a short period of time to organize the most important annual real estate investment exhibition in the region.

We have brought together the largest number of local and international companies in our exhibitions, and we allow them to share experiences and ideas and help them to conclude their deals with major real estate companies. We have indeed set up the most important conventions for real estate investment in the region!

Our company organized the annual Qatar International Real Estate Investment Exhibition for the first time in 2005 using a convention area of 5000m². Since then, there has been an overwhelming interest for our exhibitions. We did definitely not expect this massive turnout and the courage shown by the involved real estate companies.

Consequently, the company decided to expand the exhibition show room area to 15,000m². Today, we organize the exhibition for the fifth time and we are still experiencing a great demand from local and international companies that want to lunch their latest projects in real estate investment.

Trance Continent plans to further expand, organize and establish other major international exhibitions and help local and international companies expand their projects and investment to the State of Qatar and Gulf States and the world.

 When we first exhibition in 2005 was our dream to provide a positive contribution to the map of the property in the region through the presentation and marketing of the most important and largest real estate projects and provide a platform for the convergence of major real estate companies under one roof, to allow the exchange of experiences and cooperation and conclude the deals and alliances with major corporations and real estate investment.
